PARK & DWELL
This project intends to create a new dialogue between two opposite programs - parking and dwelling - by organizing them in an unconventional way and creating a building that is constantly active, as open to the public as it is private for its dwellers. This relationship challenges our current understanding of what a parking is, by intending to entirely mix both programs - parking and dwelling- to find and appealing an innovative solution. It evaluates wether a program as mundane as parking could coexist beside a program as luxurious as dwelling, working as a single organism and using the dimensions of the car as a tool for creating alternative spaces for housing.
